Richmonders: Charlie and I have spotted this creature trotting down the beach on a few occasions. His resemblance to Black Dog is uncanny (and yes, I do realize that this dog is not black): the intriguingly lovable yet standoffish personality, the chow-ness, and the dreadlocks... Need I say more?
